The materials of the course (including webpages, videos, questions and answers and any other documents that may be downloaded from the website) are for the sole use of the subscriber/member and may not be passed on to anyone else.

Where the subscriber/member is an organisation, a separate subscription will be required for each employee using the materials unless a written agreement with Shilling Press has been made in advance.

Where the subscriber/member is a training organisation (including schools, colleges and private training providers) a separate subscription will be required for each student using the materials unless a written agreement with Shilling Press has been made in advance.

Whilst we make all reasonable steps to ensure that the website and its materials are kept up to date we make no warranty or representation that the materials of the course contain no errors or omissions, or that the website will always be available. So far as permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage that may arise out of your access, use or inability to use this website beyond the cost of the course that has been incurred by the subscriber/member.

Access to and use of this website is at the subscriber’s/member’s own risk and Shilling Press does not warranty that the use of this website or any materials downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property caused by the inherent risks of the internet. In addition, no liability is accepted in respect of losses or damages arising out of changes made to this website’s contents by unauthorised third parties.

The materials may include links to third-party websites (such as the site for HMRC and for Companies House). Shilling Press does not accept any liability for the use of materials or information contained in these third-party websites.

Materials of the course may be amended and updated without notice.

The data collected from subscribers/members will be limited to that which is required by law and that which is required to assist the proper functioning of the website. The data will be held in a fair and secure fashion. Subscribers/members agree to keep secret any usernames and passwords used to access the website. The Shilling Press website is for individuals and organisations who are resident in the UK and by using the course you are confirming that this is the case.
